Customer Representation
The customer acknowledges and agrees that Sport Fishing NZ Ltd is relying upon the customer's representation when Sport Fishing NZ Ltd chooses to accept the customer order. The customer will comply with all applicable New Zealand laws and regulations, and agrees to be bound by Sport Fishing NZ Ltd's terms and conditions.

Delivery
All reasonable efforts will be made to dispatch in-stock items in a timely manner from receipt of order. For out of stock items, customers will be informed of any delays, and duly notified once the product is ready to be sent.
The cost of freight and handling within New Zealand is added to the total purchase price and will be displayed in the online shopping cart, and in the subsequent order confirmation. For delivery outside New Zealand, the cost of freight will be added to the price, and will be advised once an order is received.
Postage/freight and handling charges will be added to orders at the following rates:
New Zealand:
Delivery will be made by courier or post.
For orders under $50, $10 freight and packaging will be added per order.
For orders $50 and over, freight is FREE.
Overseas:
All overseas freight is based on weight and/or volume.
There are 3 methods - air express (1-4 days), standard air (5-7 days) and economy (10+ days) - charges for which vary greatly.

Force Majeure
Sport Fishing NZ Ltd will not be liable to any customer for any delays or failure to perform due to any causes beyond our reasonable control. These causes may include acts or omissions of the customer, acts of God, default by a supplier, and/or interruptions to delivery due to transport difficulties.
GST
All prices include GST for those purchasing within New Zealand. Sales to other countries are zero rated for GST.
Goods delivered to a New Zealand address are subject to addition of GST even if the purchaser normally resides overseas
Pricing
Prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and exclude freight costs.
Where you as a customer reside in New Zealand, prices include GST. Where you as a customer reside in a country other than in New Zealand, the prices do not include VAT or other sales taxes applying in the country where you reside. The customer is responsible for payment of any sales tax applying in the country in which they reside, in addition to the purchase price. Sport Fishing NZ Ltd will not be responsible for any additional tarrifs, taxes or duties which may be incurred at a foreign border.
Payment
Products shall not be deemed to have been purchased nor will they be provided until payment is made in full, and funds cleared. Payment may be made by credit card or direct credit to our bank account. All payments must be in New Zealand dollars and withdrawable at a New Zealand bank.
If we do not receive your payment by credit card or bank deposit within 7 business days of you placing your order, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Returns and Refunds Policy
All products are sold on a not returnable and non-refundable basis, except where products are shown to be defective.
Risk and Ownership
Ownership to the goods passes once payment is received in full and funds cleared. Risk of loss passes from Sport Fishing NZ Ltd to the customer once the customer has signed acceptance from the courier upon delivery of the goods from Sport Fishing NZ Ltd facilities.
Liability
Apart from our obligation of crediting you the purchase price paid for any product we have been unable to supply or that you have returned in accordance with the returns and refunds policy above, to the maximum extent permitted by law we have no liability to you for any loss or damage (either direct, indirect or consequential, including any loss of profit) suffered by you or any other person as a result of us providing this on-line ordering service or any failure or delay in providing this service or the products ordered.
If you use the services or products for business purposes (or you have told or represented to Sport Fishing NZ Ltd that you will do so) then you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply to any services or products supplied to you by Sport Fishing NZ Ltd.

Information Collected
The first time you place an order with Sport Fishing NZ Ltd, we will ask you to create a Customer Account. You will need to enter your personal information (name, address, phone and email address; choose a "Username"; "Password").
Use of Personal Information
Sport Fishing NZ Ltd will use information provided by you only to communicate with you and for the purposes of processing your order. We will not give your information concerning you to any third party without your permission; unless we are required to by law.
By registering, you expressly authorise Sport Fishing NZ Ltd to communicate with you via phone or email regarding any order you place on this website, your account and other confidential information including the password which you must enter to place an order.
