Sport Fishing New Zealand Ltd was established in early 2005 by Don McRae and Greg Head, both keen fishermen, divers and boaties, with over 80 years of combined fishing experience.

Don and Greg have fished extensively throughout New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands - from fishing for bait to deep water hapuka (groper), or game fishing for marlin, they enjoy angling in all its numerous forms.
